3.Wagah border [India-Pakistan border] - To see the parade at Wagah border one must present 2hours before the ceremony starts so that you cab get the front seats. The door opens at 3pm in afternoon and the closing ceremony starts at 4.30pm sharp. The most proud moment when the ladies are called up on ground to hoist the Indian flag to show the value of women in the country and plays Indian patriotic songs to show the respect for women in India.
Nearest Airport- Amritsar, but most of the flights get cancelled from this airport. In such case, the optional airport is in Adampur which is 2hours far from amritsar city. It is a small airport located in small town of Adampur where their are limited number of flights.
