Our trip started from New Delhi, from Hazrat Nizammudin railway station to Amritsar via Golden Temple mail around 7:00 PM. Early morning 5:30 AM we stepped in Amritsar. As shown in picture there is a model of Golden Temple kept near the exit of Amritsar railway station.
We decided to visit Golden Temple first as it was at the walking distance from the hotel where we stayed.
The Golden temple is also known as Darbar Sahib Gurudwara or Harmindar Sahib Gurudwara which means "Abode of God". The Golden color is the beauty of the temple and it is surrounded by the man made lake which adds more of its beauty.
After Travel Golden temple we move for Wagha border, the distance of Wagha border from our hotel is approximate 1 hour. For Wagha border we book a auto for the entire day.
Our Day journey started from Jaliawala bagh, this place is near about Golden temple. This place is the proof of struggle of our freedom fighters. You can check the clear bullet marks here and the Martyrs well.
After travel this place we left Amritsar from Amritsar junction by Swrna Shtbdi, train departed at 4:50 PM and we reached Delhi at 11:05 PM and our journey ends here.
