Day 1-Undoubtedly, the most popular shrine, Ajmer Sharif Dargah is a religious site dedicated to Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti, a Muslim preacher, scholar and philosopher, who lived with in the 12th century. Ajmer is a significant cultural and historical centre in Rajasthan.People of all religion visit Ajmer dargah. After paying regards at Dargah Sharif we visited Ana Sagar Lake which is a famous sight in Ajmer. If you’d love to just relax and get lost within the serenity of Ajmer, then you must visit Anasagar Lake. Sitting on its banks and gazing at its beautiful waters is certainly a soothing experience. The lake was built by King Anaji in the early 12th century.

Day-2 -Pushkar is more about the texture and experience. If you like to drive and driving through tricky roads could be a fulfilling experience then take the Pushkar Ghati while travelling to Pushkar. The drive to Pushkar from Ajmer is picturesque surrounded by the Aravalli Range on either side and the wide expanse of muddy brown terrain with scanty vegetation here and there looks really captivating. Pushkar is legendary for Brahma Temple the one and only temple in the world dedicated to Brahma, the creator of the world in Hindu mythology. Brahma Temple was built in the 14th century and is one of the highly revered pilgrimage sites in the country amongst Hindus. It is one of the few temples dedicated to Lord Brahma, and hence it is a significant place. A visit to Ajmer and Pushkar is certainly incomplete without visiting Brahma Temple. All my trips to Ajmer and Pushkar have beautiful memories, every time I see skill various things. So bring on the traveler in you and pack your bags for a visit to those two places of interest. However I might suggest you propose a visit to these places only after the scorching summers have passed.
