The internet is buzzing with the apparent new discovered privileges of holding an Indian passport. The country has improved its position from 75 last year to 66 this year in the ranking which is based on the passports’ visa-free score. The list is of countries which are part of the United Nations AND territories which are either conflicted or exist in isolation from major governance.
The viral list states that, "The country list is based on the 193 members of United Nations and other six territories which belong to other countries." Few countries don't even have the visa-free/visa-on-arrival policy for Indians.
I hate to burst the bubble but many of those countries actually provide visa on arrival. So basically, the websites have been click-baiting you with their false (not TOO false) titles.
And few of the territories that you can go to, and are on the 'viral' list include Palestine and Somaliland. Perfect tourist destinations right?
